Born From Field Experience

- After completing your purchase, you will receive a link to create a patient account and complete your intake form.
- The intake form collects your health history, current medications, known allergies, and basic demographic information.
- A licensed provider reviews your intake and evaluates whether the EPFK-L medications are medically appropriate for your profile.
- Processing typically takes up to 2 business days. You will be notified by email once your review is complete.
- Prescriptions are issued by licensed providers in your state of residence (currently AZ, AR, FL, IL, LA, TX, WI).
- Each prescription is legitimate and issued in your name, not generic or pre-written.
- The consultation and prescription fees are included in the purchase price of the EPFK-L.
- If a provider determines a medication is not right for your circumstance, an alternate will be provided or you will receive a partial refund.
- Once prescriptions are issued, your kit is shipped directly to you.
- All shipments use non-descript, discreet packaging. Nothing on the outside indicates the contents.
- Typical delivery time is within a few business days after prescription approval.
- Orders originate from Joliet, IL. Tracking information is provided when available.
- Store your EPFK-L in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Do not expose medications to temperatures exceeding 140°F (60°C). Avoid storing in vehicles during hot weather.
