Refund policy
Effective August 9, 2026
Medical Kits and Products
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition with all original packaging. Refunds issue to your original payment method, less original shipping. You are responsible for return shipping unless the return results from our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item under the terms above and place a new order for the item you want. Contact us first and we will walk you through it.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or fully refund your order, including shipping — your choice.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened medical kits (hygiene and safety)
- Custom corporate builds, which are governed by their statements of work
Professional Services
Consulting, retainers, and operational medicine services are governed by the refund terms of the applicable engagement agreement. Please note: transactions for professional services are not conducted on the Shopify platform.
Processing
Refunds process within 5–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of your return and issue to the original payment method only. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
